Welcome to the 2025 Wrestling Season Registration with Hastings Wrestling Club!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.
Thank you for registering you child for the 2025 wrestling season.
Our first season will run November 6, 2025- December 23, 2025.
Practice Schedule:
Kindergarten & Under
*Practice Time: Mondays 6:00-7:00pm
*Location: Hastings Middle School
*Coaches: Andy Trembath with the support of volunteer parents
1st & 2nd Grade
*Practice Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00-7:00pm
*Location: Hastings Middle School
*Coaches: Alex Diaz & Ty Storlie with the support of volunteer parents
3rd & 4th Grade
*Practice Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30-8:00pm
*Location: Hastings High School
*Coaches: Josh McLay & Andy Trembath with the support of volunteer parents.
Participation Fees
Kindergarten & Under $50
1st-4th Grade $100
A competitive season will follow the regular season with a separate registration. More information to come.
Dibs (Volunteer Hours)
*Kindergarten & Under: One Dib is required per child registered.
*1st-4th Grade: Two Dibs are required per child registered.
***Families with multiple children registered will be capped at 4 total Dibs per family.
*A $200 Dibs check per child will be collected at the parents meeting. Please add your child's name to the memo line. These checks will be shredded upon completion of your Dibs sessions. If you have completed one of your two Dibs prior to the session, please still have a check ready.

Click 2025-2026 Fall & Winter Concession Season.
Select an Unclaimed session, click Claim this Dib Item.
Add your information, you can add your child's name to the fulfiller name line if your last name differs from the child you registered.
Parent Meetings will be held on different days due to the schedule.
1st & 2nd Grade will be held from 6:05- 6:35pm Thursday, November 6th outside of the middle school wrestling room.
Kindergarten & Under will be held from 6:05-6:35 Monday, November 10th outside the middle school wrestling room.
3rd & 4th Grade will be held form 6:40-7:15 Tuesday, November 11th in the commons. (Cafeteria)
One or more parents are welcome to attend. Siblings are welcome. We will cover the two different seasons, how practice will be run, tournaments, coaches, Dibs, clothing stores & any other questions you may have.
Picture Day will take place in the Hastings High School Wrestling Room Wednesday, November 12th from 6:30-7:30 pm. More information will be emailed out regarding specific times for each grade level. Please wear your showcase shirt, a Hastings Wrestling shirt of your choosing or a Hastings singlet.
Tournaments- We will be having 2 CLUB tournaments during our first season. CLUB means we guarantee Hastings coaches will be present. This does not mean you cannot attend additional tournaments.
The two CLUB tournaments we currently have selected are an open tournament; The Northfield James Gang Tournament on 11/15 and a state qualifier in Lakeville on 12/7.
We will cover the differences between these two types of tournaments at the parent's meetings.

Wresters must wear wrestling shoes, athletic shorts/pants & a t-shirt during practice.
Wrestlers MUST BRING THEIR OWN WATER.
Hastings Wrestling strongly encourages but does not require every wrestler to be licensed by USA Wrestling for all programs.
Hastings Wrestling Club is not liable for any injuries that may be sustained during this season.
